One of our major requirements is that the debutants must be multihyphenate creatives or in the case that they possess only one creative skill, to be willing to learn a new one.
The CDP serves as a nexus of artistic expression, community engagement, and creative management and strategy. Rara Avis CDP curates trainings for creatives with the debutant as its main focus.

Amanda Chioma David, professionally known as Ermandha, is a TV Host, Internationally accredited Journalist, Creative Director, Singer and Media Executive. She founded Rara Avis because of her love for creativity and understanding of the challenges creatives face, especially those just starting out.
